They are seeking a hands-on Technical Manager to work in-depth with engineers, program leadership, and the customer to focus on key tasks, communicate updates, and help solve challenges. Successful candidates for this role will have :
- 10 years of experience in a hands-on technical role such as Software, Electrical, or Digital Signal Processing Engineering
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Master's preferred
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent communication
This work is 100% on site in Fairfax, VA. A minimum of a Top Secret clearance is required. TS / SCI CI Poly is highly preferred. Base salary for this role is up to $230K for a highly qualified candidate.
