Your Key Responsibilities
As a key part of the Mountain Water Business, through your affiliation with the overall Southwest Water Region (that includes Utah, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico, and the global water treatment practice at larger), your general duties will be as follows :
- Become engaged in active project delivery as a client-facing Project Leader in the Municipal Water and utilities markets in the Southwest United States.
- Learn and be a promoter of Stantec's project delivery structure that includes Project Manager and Project Technical Leads.
- Work closely with leadership to identify strategic client relationships to be developed, fostered and / or maintained in Colorado and the greater Southwest markets.
- Over time, be a key leader in the development of a strong network that connects and integrates our teams in Denver, Colorado Springs, Ft. Collins, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Albuquerque.
- Support Stantec's reputation for innovation and research through participation in Colorado conferences, professional associations, and academic partnerships.
- Mentor young professionals in the Denver, Ft. Collins, and Colorado Springs offices, and across the region.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership in the development of innovative technical solutions for drinking water projects.

Salary Range(s) :
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
