Your Key Responsibilities

As a key part of the Mountain Water Business, through your affiliation with BC 1813 and the overall SW Water Region (that includes Utah, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico, and the global water practice at larger), your general duties will be as follows :

• Become engaged in active project delivery as a client-facing Project Leader in the Municipal Water and utilities markets in the Southwest United States.
• Learn and be a promoter of Stantec's project delivery structure that includes Project Manager and Project Technical Leads.
• Work closely with leadership to identify strategic client relationships to be developed, fostered and / or maintained in Utah and greater Southwest markets.
• Over time, be a key leader in the development of a strong network that connects and integrates our teams in Salt Lake City, Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Albuquerque.
• Support Stantec's reputation for innovation and research through participation in Utah conferences, professional associations, and academic partnerships.
• Mentor young professionals in the Salt Lake City office, and across the region.
