What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lift Truck Operator - Pole Attachment position at Stanton Carpet?
Stanton Carpet is seeking skillful Pole Lift Truck operators to join the Stanton team. If you have experience in the carpet industry and have a record for safety we want you to join or team.
Ability to safely operate a lift truck with a 12 ft pole attachment
Ability to manipulate the pole into a 4-inch core at floor elevation up to 28 ft
Ability to mount and dismount lift regularly to unwrap rolls in preparation for further processing
Ability to transport a load (roll of carpet) with the pole lift truck throughout a carpet warehouse environment in forward and reverse
Ability to load rolls of carpet using the pole lift on and off of ocean containers/trailers
Ability to lift propane tanks weighing up to 45 lbs to refuel
Ability to operate or learn to operate a radio frequency terminal and scanner attached to the pole lift truck
Salary : $18 - $19
