- Support the Store Manager in daily activities and operations
- Assist in training, coaching, and supervising staff members
- Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking products
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Conduct administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills
- Strong team management abilities
- Proficiency in sales management techniques
- Administrative skills for handling various tasks efficiently
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Ability to negotiate effectively
