Position Overview : As a Sales Specialist for Energy Solutions, you will be responsible for driving new client opportunities and expanding our customer base. You will leverage your sales expertise to present, sell, and promote our energy-efficient services to clients in various sectors, including commercial and residential. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be comfortable with regular travel to meet clients.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target new business opportunities within multiple programs
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to close deals for energy-efficient solutions.
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (techs and project management) to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Travel regularly to client sites to build relationships and close sales.
  • Strong knowledge of energy efficiency solutions and utility services is a plus.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales; 2 years required
  • Maintain an active Home Improvement Sales Certificate (HISC)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and understand their unique energy needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations, including overnight stays if needed.
