Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources and Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, payroll functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and enhancing the employee experience. Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate data entry and reporting.
- Perform payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate weekly payments to employees.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation sessions and necessary documentation.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure proper handling of tax-related matters and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, including performance management initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources and payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and tax regulations.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to communicate with employees in Spanish and English.
