Job Description
As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for multiple dealerships and corporate employees. Your responsibilities will include:

Payroll Processing:
- Process semi-monthly payroll for up to 5 dealerships and corporate employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry, including hours worked, deductions, and benefits.
- Calculate and process taxes, garnishments, and other payroll deductions.
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits.

Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, tax withholdings, and benefit elections.
- File and maintain all payroll records in accordance with legal requirements.

Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll tax laws and regulations.
- Assist with audits and tax filings.

Employee Support:
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll issues.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll-related matters.

System Administration:
- Utilize HR and payroll systems (e.g., Paycom, Paylocity, ADP) to efficiently process payroll.
- Maintain and update payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience with HR and payroll systems (Paycom, Paylocity, ADP, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
