A Day in the Life
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent service for both internal and external customers. Your day will include:
- Providing responsive and professional support via phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
- Accurately entering and processing customer orders in our feed management system
- Managing customer standing orders and keep-fill programs
- Assisting with invoicing, administrative support, and office coordination
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and operations, to ensure smooth workflows
- Identifying process improvements to enhance the customer experience
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring to the Table
- High School Diploma/GED and at least two years of clerical, office, or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and has strong data entry skills
- Work independently while balancing multiple tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Communicate professionally and effectively with both customers and colleagues
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a growing team
