Star Buick GMC Cadillac in Quakertown is a family owned, award-winning dealership that is looking to hire a highly motivated and hard-working person to work as a Business Development Center agent in our Sales Department. We are looking to fill this position immediately.

Description of Position :

  • Respond to sales customer requests for information in a timely manner. Phone and internet requests primarily
  • Set appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with sales customers and provide superior customer service
  • Completing training and knowledge building exercises on various vehicles in inventory
  • Keep detailed records through our system for each customer

Job Requirements :

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Work alongside multiple departments to provide a great customer experience
  • Willing to learn new technologies and vehicle information
  • Previous call center experience is recommended
  • Applicants must also have a valid Driver's License
