Star Buick GMC Cadillac in Quakertown is a family owned, award-winning dealership that is looking to hire a highly motivated and hard-working person to work as a Business Development Center agent in our Sales Department. We are looking to fill this position immediately.
Description of Position:
- Respond to sales customer requests for information in a timely manner. Phone and internet requests primarily
- Set appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with sales customers and provide superior customer service
- Completing training and knowledge building exercises on various vehicles in inventory
- Keep detailed records through our system for each customer
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Work alongside multiple departments to provide a great customer experience
- Willing to learn new technologies and vehicle information
- Previous call center experience is recommended
- Applicants must also have a valid Driver's License
