We are seeking an organized, creative, and motivated Advertising Assistant to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of advertising campaigns, assist in managing ad budgets, and track campaign performance. Your attention to detail and passion for advertising will help ensure that our campaigns reach the right audience, on time, and within budget.
Hourly Rate: $30–$32 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination:
Assist in the creation, planning, and execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and broadcast media.Advertising Content Creation:
Support the creation of advertising materials, such as ad copy, graphics, and video content, to be used in campaigns.Media Planning & Buying:
Help research, identify, and evaluate potential media channels for ad placements, including digital ads, TV, radio, and print. Assist in managing ad buys and ensuring that ads run as scheduled.Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversions. Prepare reports to assess the success of campaigns.Budget Management:
Assist in managing advertising budgets, ensuring that campaigns stay within allocated funds. Track expenses and prepare reports on ad spending.Collaboration with Creative Teams:
Work closely with design, copywriting, and other teams to ensure that ad materials align with the overall brand strategy and campaign goals.Market Research:
Conduct research on target demographics, competitors, and advertising trends to provide insights that can inform future campaigns.Client Communication:
Assist in maintaining communication with clients, ensuring that their advertising needs are met and providing them with updates on campaign performance.Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the advertising team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and media buying is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
