We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels, and supporting efficient inventory processes across the warehouse.
Hourly Rate: $28
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and availability
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records
- Organize and manage inventory flow, ensuring proper storage and easy access to products
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to assist in inventory replenishment and product movement
- Maintain and update inventory management systems to track product details and quantities
- Generate inventory reports and provide recommendations for improving stock control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures
- Assist in receiving, labeling, and organizing new shipments of products
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills for using inventory management software and systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
