Order Fulfillment Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately processed, packed, and shipped on time. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and streamline processes will be essential to ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment operations.

Hourly Rate: $28

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability for order processing
• Review and verify order details, ensuring accuracy before fulfillment and shipment
• Communicate with internal teams (warehouse, shipping, customer service) to resolve any issues or delays with orders
• Generate and track order reports to monitor fulfillment progress and identify any potential issues
• Ensure that all orders are correctly labeled and tagged, minimizing errors during transit
• Assist with inventory control and restocking as needed to support efficient order processing
• Maintain and update order management systems to reflect accurate order status and inventory levels
• Ensure all fulfillment operations follow company quality standards and safety procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proven experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or similar roles
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in order management software and inventory systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with various teams and resolve issues
• Team-oriented and able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively
