We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and fulfilling customer orders, ensuring timely and precise deliveries. Hourly Rate: $28
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly selected and packaged
- Verify product information and check order details to ensure accuracy before shipping
- Label and tag shipments appropriately to avoid errors during transit
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records, updating stock levels as needed
- Conduct quality checks on products before packing to ensure they meet company standards
- Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch
- Assist in managing and organizing inventory to support smooth order fulfillment
- Help with inventory restocking, organization, and cycle counting as necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to support efficiency and safety in the fulfillment process
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Basic computer skills for using order management systems and tracking software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
