Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and create targeted ad copy to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options to optimize conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and traffic generation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in paid traffic management, particularly with Google Ads and paid social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, including SEM, PPC, and display networks.
- Google Ads certification (Google Qualified Advertiser is a plus).
