As a Billing Coordinator you will be a part of the construction of telecommunications to ensure the work performed is within standards required to meet the needs of our customers.
What you’ll do…
- Prepare billing; balancing; create accrual reports
- Prepare payroll, including collecting and reviewing dailies, timesheets and entering time into timekeeping system
- Input data into front end systems
- Prepare summary of calls related to field construction work
- Inventory reconcilliation
- Answer phones
- Create and maintain database of calls, claims and details related to work performed
- Audit status of calls and concerns from callers
- Work with field and office staff to resolve issues related to calls, concerns and/or complaints received
- Filing as necessary; set up and maintain files
- Other duties as assigned
Who we are looking for…
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
- You have billing experience and/or training
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- You have previous Solomon experience
- You are able to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively daily workload
- You are able to meeting deadlines
- You are able to effectively communicate orally or in written form with management, internal and external customers
