Job Title: Billing Coordinator
Department: Service FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: Regional Service Administration Manager
General Purpose of the Position Maintaining a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction in the Service Department. Coordinating service information, customer orders & documentation.
Essential Responsibilities
- Correctly post labor hours to appropriate work
- Contact technician to collect any missing information
- Obtain Purchase Order Numbers if required by customer
- Close work orders after verifying all pertinent information has been completed
- Administration and processing of all warranty claims in a timely fashion
- Assist Service Managers and Field Service Supervisors as needed
- Provide back up to other service support personnel and Service Operations Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Skills, experience, and education needed to perform the job:
- Strong Verbal & Written Skills
- All Verbal and Written Communication must be done in the English Language
- Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills
- Working Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word Required
- Experience in Microsoft Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- “Can Do” winning attitude
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 to 3 years' experience in Customer Service and/or dispatching preferred
