We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our property management team. Duties
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns with professionalism, utilizing effective conflict management skills.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property management activities using CMMS and OneSite software.
- Support leasing efforts by upselling available units and amenities to prospective tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and inspections, collaborating closely with facilities management teams.
- Perform legal administrative tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to local housing regulations.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and prospective residents.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for property management meetings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CMMS and OneSite software is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to property management is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong conflict management skills to effectively address tenant issues.
- Basic understanding of facilities management principles is beneficial.
