We service accounts in all channels of trade. Our portfolio represents a multitude of major brands including AriZona, Welch’s, Crazy Cowboy Lager, and others. Our primary goal is to deliver superior levels of service to all our customers!
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
An Office Administrator performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Their duties include answering phone calls and emails, greeting and directing office visitors to designated meeting areas and building spreadsheets or presentations for leadership staff. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 11:00pm
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Strong computer skills, ability to manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Counting cash and checks
- Organizing payments in a money bag and dropping in safe
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Effective time management skills
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
- Bilingual a plus
