**What You'll Do:**
As our Medical Director, you'll be responsible for leading our medical staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Your leadership will shape both clinical practices and administrative decisions, while fostering a patient-first approach throughout the organization.
You'll work closely with our leadership team to build enthusiasm, stability, teamwork, and competence among employees. You'll also be responsible for managing medical staff resources and scheduling.

- Board certification or eligibility in emergency medicine or family care
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience
- Current license in good standing in the State of Texas

- Ability to meet credentialing requirements as outlined in medical staff bylaws
