You will be responsible for collecting outstanding account receivables on Commercial accounts. You must have good negotiation skills as well as the ability to think outside the box in order to work out suitable payment arrangements.

Job Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for collecting outstanding account receivables on Commercial accounts. The candidate should have an understanding of Transunion credit reports, Dunn & Bradstreet commercial credit reports and property reports. The information attained from these reports will be instrumental in understanding and managing the assigned accounts.
In addition, collectors are required to multi-task between taking incoming and making outgoing calls. Outgoing collection calls must average at least 4.5 calls per hour or at least 180 calls per week. Ability to perform other duties as trained and assigned.
Job Requirements
As a Commercial Credit Collector, you must be pleasant, professional and possess the ability to function equally well in both a team environment and independently. You must also be highly detail-oriented and focused with a flexible and adaptable nature. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with both customer and co-workers.
Specific qualifications in this role will include:
- Proven Credit and Collections experience required
- Ability to reconcile accounts
- Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of the Energy system
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to produce in a stressful environment a must
