Employment Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced employment specialist to supports Star Innovative Coaching with assisting intellectually and physically disabled high school students & adults with job development, job placement, and job coaching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and providing client services, and to meet the mission of Star Innovative Coaching's overall operations and resources by ensuring its success and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results
- Lead and motivate a high-performance management team
- Manage financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
- Make key decisions for the company that align with its overall strategy
- Represent the company in negotiations with customers, suppliers, investors, and other key partners

Skills:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role managing a team
- Strong financial management skills with a deep understanding of business operations
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of supervising and motivating teams
- Proficient in strategic planning and business development to drive company growth
- Ability to make high-stakes decisions that benefit the organization in the long term

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
