• Safely operate handheld tools, pneumatic tools, and assembly fixtures, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams to correctly wire electrical components, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards.
• Perform quality checks and appearance checks of material and finished goods, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and adapt to changing customer demands by cross-training in other assembly areas as needed.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent experience and proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lift 50LB, bend, stoop, twist, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
