Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant Project Coordinator, located in Whippany, NJ. The Administrative Assistant Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and assisting in project management. Duties include scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting project teams with various tasks. The role requires strong organizational and computer skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
