We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Residential Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the Residential Sales, Installation, and Design Teams by managing administrative processes, scheduling jobs, and ensuring smooth project coordination.
A Typical Day :
- Process transactions and orders for residential projects.
- Schedule job installations and coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams.
- Handle purchase orders with outside vendors.
- Manage billing, invoicing reports, and installer labor processing.
- Work closely with sales representatives, designers, estimators, project managers, and customers.
- Ensure all administrative aspects of each project are executed efficiently.
