We are hiring General Laborers for a 5-week contract in South Bend, IN. This role involves disassembling and reassembling cantilevers on steel racks to support warehouse operations.
Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble and reassemble cantilever arms on steel racks
- Use basic hand tools to secure and adjust rack components
- Follow safety procedures to prevent workplace hazards
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Basic mechanical skills (experience using hand tools preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
