We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Team Lead to join our team at Star Nursery.
Job Description:
- Supervise employees to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the store.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including front-end and back-end processes.
- Provide customer assistance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage Sales and quotes to drive business growth and revenue.
- Coordinate the ordering of products for the store and oversee their receiving and inventory management.
- Maintain the merchandising of products to ensure visually appealing displays.
- Expedite orders and resolve any issues that may arise in front-end operations.
- Develop and implement training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Perform administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 20 pounds lifting capacity is required for this role.
What We Offer:
- An estimated annual salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 based on experience and qualifications.
