Seeking PT Administrative Assistant - 3 Days a week (8 hours a day) on scheduled Truck Days
Administrative Assistant - Responsibilities
• Assists General Manager
• Reviewing and receiving purchase orders
• Making manual PO’s
• Manage product labels and signage
• Sort and Store incoming paperwork
• Inventory adjustments
• Shrink
• Assist management with on-boarding paperwork
• Answering telephones in a courteous manner
• Reconcile cash register drawers
• Back up to cahiers
• Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan in short- and long-term ranges
• The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
