RN : $26 hr up to $33 hr
LPN LVN : $21 hr up to $27 hr

BLS - Current
2 positive clinical references (instructors)
Photo ID Social Security Card
Physical (annually)
TB Test (annually)
Vaccination Titers : MMR, Varicella, Hep B
Flu Vaccine, Tdap or declination
Must be able to pass urine drug testing background screening
