JOB DUTIES:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will be instrumental in providing compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with autism. Reporting to a team leader, your core responsibilities will involve assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and fostering communication. Your premium skills in behavior management and special education will enhance the quality of life for those you serve. Additionally, your relevant skills in medication administration and customer service will ensure that clients receive comprehensive and respectful care. SCHEDULE: Up to 40 hours per week. Days/Hours will vary and may include weekends and graveyard shifts.
WAGE: $19.00- $26.15 per hour Union Pay scale, depending on program.
