Description
- Administrative Support : Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and events, managing calendars, handling HR correspondence, and maintaining organized files both physically and electronically.
- Employee Records Management : Assist with the preparation and maintenance of employee records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Recruitment Support : Help coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes for new hires.
- Compliance & Reporting : Assist in tracking and ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employee benefits programs. Prepare and maintain reports as needed.
- Employee Engagement & Communication : Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits. Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Training Assistance : Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other professional development activities for employees.
- Confidentiality : Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information and sensitive company data.
- Other HR Duties : Support the HR department with ad hoc tasks, projects, and initiatives to improve departmental effectiveness.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
