What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specialty Retail Customer Service Representative position at Star Uniform?
We are seeking someone who likes working with people, has strong communication skills, can multitask and has a knack for the details and staying organized. Hours are typically 8:30am to 5:00pm M-F and either an early start or stay late on our long Tuesdays when we are open from 7:00am to 7:00pm (still only an eight-hour shift).
Also note that we are a small business with a big culture. When working with customers, we enjoy learning their names, giving them the best service possible and taking extra care in communicating the details that make a difference. Full disclosure, this job can get hectic. If you can't stand some chaos and juggling of tasks, then this isn't for you. There are times when we get really busy and we have to make sure every little detail gets taken care of. We are looking for someone who can do the small things right and go the extra mile for our customers. There is plenty of opportunity for advancement as we continue to grow. Finally, we also understand that you have a life outside of work and we pride ourselves in being flexible - we understand that life happens and WE OPERATE ON MUTUAL RESPECT.
