Available Positions:
Seakeeper Service Technicians:
- Skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various marine systems and equipment.
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems related to boats and yachts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs efficiently to ensure vessel functionality.
- 2-3 years Marine Industry experience.
Marine Project Manager
- Oversee marine projects from start to finish with continuous communication with staff and clients.
- Create project timelines and targets, adhering to deadlines.
- Make effective decisions as to progress with the project and delegating tasks to staff best positioned to complete.
- Perform quality control throughout projects or services needed, maintaining company standards.
- Understand budget allocation for projects & services to ensure financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded.
A/C Marine Technician
- Installs, maintains and repairs air conditioning and refrigeration systems on marine vessels.
- Troubleshoots, repairs leaks, replaces components, and ensures systems operate efficiently to maintain comfortable conditions on board.
- Perform routine inspections and adhere to safety regulations to ensure proper functioning of marine HVAC systems.
Marine Electrical Technicians
- 3-5 years experience as a Marine Electrician
- Strong ability to troubleshoot on all onboard electrical systems with excellent electrical knowledge.
- Ability to use hand and power tools propoerly following all safety guidelines
- Proficient in marine electrical installations, generations systems, and experience with use of medium voltages.
- Ability to read, interpret and understand electrical drawings.
- ABYC Certified preferred.
Requirements for All Positions:
- A minimum of 2 years previous experience in the marine industry, or specific experience as stated for each role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to industry standards.
- Experienced in use of technology for proper documentation and recordkeeping.
- Must have the ability to communicate professionally in English with customers and demonstrate commitment to high level service.
