- Process incoming estimate requests, make photocopies, and file paperwork, take payments
- Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
- Great customer service skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work assignments
