Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Oversight: Direct and monitor healthcare delivery across multiple facilities, ensuring quality, compliance, and excellence in patient care.
- Supervision & Mentorship: Provide guidance to Directors of Nursing (DONs), coaching them for success and supporting facility leadership teams.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement policies that align with state, federal, and facility regulations to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Performance Improvement: Identify clinical improvement opportunities, establish performance goals, and share best practices across facilities.
- Survey Preparation: Assist with regulatory surveys, develop plans of correction, and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with management to develop and oversee nursing department budgets.
- Training: Develop and implement healthcare-related training programs to enhance the quality of support and services.
Qualifications
- License: Valid, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Education: Nursing degree from an accredited institution preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing, with prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices, compliance regulations, and quality standards.
- Exceptional leadership, supervisory, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to implement policies and lead change effectively.
Additional Requirements
- Travel: Must be willing to travel across assigned facilities.
- Availability: On-call 24/7 to address emergencies and provide support.
- Communication: Excellent English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
Working Conditions
- Work across multiple facilities, including resident rooms, nursing stations, and administrative areas.
- Flexibility to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
