Work you'll do
- Design, architect, and implement cloud solutions.
- Configure and manage cloud resources, such as virtual machines, storage, and networking.
- Monitor cloud environments for performance and security issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues
- Provide support for the Authority to Operate (ATO) process, including security assessment, artifact creation, development of data flow diagrams, failover / contingency plans, security impact assessments and system security plans.
- Perform requirements gathering, analysis, vendor capabilities comparison, cost analysis and customer briefings.
- Serve as primary escalation point for all security incidents, perform determination of impact level and reporting to leadership in support of agency enterprise situational awareness model.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure design and develop detailed architecture models for the client to host test, development, and production environments
- Plan for system and application migration(s) to the cloud, adhering to the client's technical and business requirements
- Develop and document technical designs for integration and implementation of new cloud applications and systems
- Lead the development of technical artifacts including Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Detailed Technical Design, Security Architecture Plan, Services Description Document, etc.
