Job Description
The Manager of Tech and Engineering, Project Management will leverage their project management expertise to support BI initiatives across PHM's health and wellness enterprise clients. A key success factor in this role is the ability to utilize Jira and project management processes to standardize BI team workflows on a unified platform and process.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope and "definition of done" in collaboration with teams.
- Support Agile transformations through workshops and training sessions.
- Hold teams accountable, remove obstacles, and mentor junior team members.
- Monitor and track project tasks, deliverables, risks, and issues.
- Utilize Agile tools (Jira) to track and manage project progress.
- Train and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Agile project management processes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Assist with backlog maintenance and sprint planning.
- Maintain and manage project documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
- Ensure all team members have the necessary tools and resources to complete tasks.
- Support effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Provide portfolio-level reporting using Jira dashboards and Jira Query Language (JQL).
- Build custom filters and dashboards in Jira for department-wide reporting.
- Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.

Additional Information
Compensation Range : $72,390 - 109,480 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
