Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained in a hygienic condition.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including industrial cleaning tasks or deep cleaning initiatives.
- Maintain an organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally.
