A local HVAC company is looking for a Dispatcher to add to their team. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
What you will do as a Dispatcher:
Answer calls and provide excellent customer service
Schedule service jobs and communicate with technicians and customers
Coordinate the daily schedules for inspectors and technicians
Maintain documentation and files
Document problems, take notes of client's description and create service orders in systems
Assist sales and installation manager coordinate their needs
Assist with purchasing materials, equipment…
responsible for invoicing the customer and also manages accounts receivables
Other tasks as assigned
What you will need as a Dispatcher:
2 year of experience as a service coordinator, scheduler, office manager
HVAC experience preferred, fire protection or construction industry background required
Professional communication and customer service skills
Good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
Advanced computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook/Access)
Bookkeeping, scheduling and dispatching calls
What you will get as a Dispatcher:
pay from $25- $30 per hour ( DOE)
