Stark Solutions manufactures Quick Opening Closures for the oil and gas industry and is seeking a motivated individual with experience in Administration / Inside Sales to join our growing team. We are in search of an Inside Sales Representative who shares in our passion for providing customers with high quality products, and unmatched customer service. This individual will be a vital part in driving the growth of our exciting product range. This is an excellent opportunity for a team player who possesses strong decision-making skills and is self-motivated. The ideal candidate would reside in Conroe or surrounding area.
The successful candidate will:
- Operate as part of our Sales Team and work closely with Engineering, Technical Support and Manufacturing
- Receive orders via phone or email and processes it by assigning ship dates and confirming that all pertinent information required on purchase order is included and accurate on the Sales Order
- Enter orders into data base and creates applicable shop packets for the manufacturing team
- Ensures accuracy of orders prior to sending to the shop for manufacturing
- Assists team members by scanning, filing, and maintaining Sales Order files
- Enters changes and/or corrections to orders and updates Sales Order file.
- Receive sales calls and/or e-mails from customers requesting quotes, delivery/confirmations and consult with customers regarding the product and their needs.
- Resolves customer inquiries/problems in the best interest of the customer and the Company.
- Supply when requested: copies of proof of delivery, invoicing, and documentation packages.
- Other duties as assigned.
