What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal Position in Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law position at Stark & Stark?
We are seeking a Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury matters. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of pre-litigation case management and litigation areas such as auto accidents and fall cases.
The successful Paralegal will assist with investigations, communicate with clients, obtain medical records and draft demand letters. Other key responsibilities include determining health insurance liens, preparing cases for settlement and litigation, and professional correspondence with defense counsel and clients.
A strong commitment to customer service is required, along with excellent research, writing and communication skills. A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office is also essential.
