We are actively recruiting for a Paralegal- Personal Injury position for our Hamilton, NJ office. The right candidate will have the opportunity to continue their professional development in a challenging but collegial environment.
The Paralegal will assist with investigations, communicate with clients, obtain medical records and draft demand letters. Other key responsibilities include determining health insurance liens, preparing cases for settlement and litigation, and professional correspondence with defense counsel and clients.
A strong commitment to customer service is required, along with excellent research, writing and communication skills. A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office is also essential.
