What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Worker Business Office Assistant position at Stark State College of Technology?
This position will perform a variety of routine clerical and general office functions in support of the Bursar and Finance office and staff.
Office Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. M-F
This is a federal work study student worker position.
Please identify available work hours. Requires Federal Work Study Eligibility.
Responsibilities include front desk support to assist students and Finance/Bursar staff, answering phones; taking messages and routing calls; copying; invoice mailing for Bursar and other duties as assigned by Bursar and Comptroller. Uses various computer applications including Microsoft Office and Banner.
Prior clerical skills are desired.
