This position is responsible for optimizing the LMS to improve user and administrator experiences, including course creation, learning paths, certifications, and managing user permissions. The LMS Administrator configures, supports, and maintains LMS functionality to ensure seamless performance, troubleshoots technical and content-related issues, and provides tiered-level user support. Additionally, the role involves managing system security and user permissions to protect learner data and ensure compliance with security protocols. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders, the LMS Administrator aligns learning strategies with business goals, uploads and reviews learning content for compliance, and designs learner journeys to enhance engagement. Generating reports and analytics to inform leadership and supporting LMS-related projects are also key responsibilities. This role requires a technically skilled, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills, dedicated to driving continuous improvement and integrating innovative technologies to deliver a user-centric learning environment.What are we looking for : Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is required.Five (5) years experience administering an LMS in a corporate environment required.Demonstrated technical expertise with LMS platforms and associated tools required.Proven experience in generating detailed reports, performing analytics, and troubleshooting LMS-related issues required.Strong communication and customer service skills required.Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Working with usOur fast-growing organization offers competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
