How do you excel in this position
The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing Stark Tech's LMS to support training and development initiatives. This position is responsible for optimizing the LMS to improve user and administrator experiences, including course creation, learning paths, certifications, and managing user permissions. The LMS Administrator configures, supports, and maintains LMS functionality to ensure seamless performance, troubleshoots technical and content-related issues, and provides tiered-level user support. Additionally, the role involves managing system security and user permissions to protect learner data and ensure compliance with security protocols. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders, the LMS Administrator aligns learning strategies with business goals, uploads and reviews learning content for compliance, and designs learner journeys to enhance engagement. Generating reports and analytics to inform leadership and supporting LMS-related projects are also key responsibilities. This role requires a technically skilled, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills, dedicated to driving continuous improvement and integrating innovative technologies to deliver a user-centric learning environment.
