We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing marketing strategies by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform Senior Leadership on key performance indicator (KPI) results. The ideal candidate is skilled in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, with a passion for translating numbers into actionable insights that drive business growth.
What are we looking for
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field required.
Five (5) years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role required.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (specifically Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
Knowledge of SQL or Python (preferred).
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media analytics.
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills required.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Strategic - able to use both data and intuition to develop simple solutions to complex issues.
Analytical and data driven; strong experience collecting and utilizing data to drive marketing initiatives.
Familiar with sales enablement tools.
Familiar with Adobe products (photoshop, InDesign, illustrator).
Strong initiative and ability to work independently in addition to collaborating.
Technically savvy.
