Job Responsibilities:
- Answer the company’s phones and transfer calls/ take and relay messages to the person requested
- Greet and register guests in HubSpot inside the showroom
- Keep records of designers who visit Account Managers
- Track client information in the company system (account information and visits to the showroom)
- Provide support for Account Managers
- Offer exceptional client service through prompt response time (with clear, detailed and accurate information) and when necessary, contributing ideas for proactive problem solving
- All pre-sale functions including:
- New business development
- Sample shipping
- Rug transfers and memos
- Processing reserves
- Arranging installations, deliveries, measures, service calls, etc.
- Assist AMs with post sales functions:
- Order conversion and processing
- Follow up invoicing and billing
- Interact with clients in the showroom, or via telephone/email as needed and as per direction of AM
- Contribute to the overall team support structure, stepping in for coverage when needed
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

- Must possess a strong interest in the interior design trade as well as interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in a position with customer-facing activities preferred
