Job Responsibilities:
Sales Support and Opportunity Management
- Assist Senior Sales team members with tracking and managing sales opportunities, preparing sales proposals, and organizing client communication.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM and Order Entry system, ensuring accurate and timely entry of client information and sales activities.
- Coordinate with sales representatives on client-facing materials, presentations, and relevant documentation to ensure clients have a smooth sales experience.
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients, providing updates on order status, addressing questions, and responding to concerns to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and calls in collaboration with the Senior Sales team, focusing on timely follow-up and proactive client support.
- Ensure professional and efficient communication, prioritizing positive client experiences and retention.
- Oversee order processing from entry to final mile fulfillment, ensuring all client specifications are met and orders progress seamlessly through each stage.
- Collaborate with the showroom and warehouse operation teams to verify product availability, arrange fulfillment schedules, and address any necessary adjustments.
- Proactively follow up on backorder ETA and production timelines to keep clients informed, manage payment processing and ensure timely order billing.
- Coordinate in-home deliveries, carpet installations, and local workroom services, ensuring that all parties involved adhere to client expectations and timelines.
- Act as the bridge between sales and operation teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Manage communication with the installation team, local workrooms, and other third-party vendors to ensure smooth coordination for in-home delivery and installation.
- Regularly update clients and sales team members on order status and anticipated delivery timelines.
- Work alongside the Showroom Operations Manager to help resolve any client issues post-delivery, ensuring quick and efficient resolutions that reinforce Stark Carpet’s reputation for peace of mind service.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and the installation team to provide real-time solutions for client concerns.
- Proactively identify and address common issues such as installation challenges or on-site adjustments, ensuring client satisfaction remains a priority.
- Monitor active sales projects, tracking all stages from order initiation to post-installation follow-up.
- Provide regular reports on project status, fulfillment metrics, and any identified areas for improvement to support the Senior Sales team and Operations Manager.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to gather client feedback, assess satisfaction, and continuously refine service processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales support, project coordination, or customer service.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on maintaining a client-centered approach.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or project management, ideally within a luxury home furnishings or carpet industry setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A proactive problem-solver who is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences through efficient and precise project coordination.
