Responsibilities
- Assist the County Treasurer with duties
- Preform Daily Balancing
- Answer correspondences and telephone inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and daily deposits
- Post payments onto cash sheet and ledger
- Help prepare Tax billing
- Help prepare delinquent notice
- All other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Pass a drug test and background check
- Reliable transportation required
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Accounting and Finance experience
- Ability to balance a cash drawer
- Strong communication skills to interact with employees and the public effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $38,200.00 per year
